Step 1

We offer an initial consultation at our expense. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know you and identify your life goals and any area of your financial planning that requires attention.

Prior to the initial meeting or consultation over the telephone, we ask you to read our data protection statement and our Client Agreement outlining the services we offer and our payment terms.

We will also ask you complete a short questionnaire that provides us with general details about you and a summary of your present financial position, and ask that you also provide details of existing plans, investments or pensions that you may have.

Step 2

On receipt of the short questionnaire and accompanying information we will arrange the initial meeting or consultation over the telephone with you, during which we will discuss your present position and ask questions to gain a greater understanding of your needs and future goals. You will have the opportunity to ask any specific questions and highlight areas within your financial planning that you have concerns over.

Step 3

During the meeting we will identify, discuss and agree your immediate, future and ongoing needs, agreeing what action is to be taken and in what timescale. At this stage we often provide clients with a generic report outlining our observations and detail benefits and consequences of the possible solutions so that an informed decision is made prior to taking any action.

Step 4

Once a strategy or solution has been agreed upon, we will carry out research from the whole of market to identify and make specific recommendations of most suitable product/s and investment/s. Our recommendations will be made to you in a report and we will assist with completion of the paperwork required to implement the solutions agreed.

Step 5

If appropriate, you will be invited to join our growing number of clients who retain our services on an annual basis. Please refer to our Client Agreement for further details
